Unfortunately, they do not offer appointments. Luckily you can just write your name and number down and they can give you a call so you. You can run errands, you do not have to sit in the salon to wait."

"If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was excited to try this place reading all the great reviews, but my experience was horrible! I also found it interesting that so many customers came in during my manicure complaining about defective nails after only 1-2 days. My pedicure was okay, waiting over an hour when I was told just a few minutes did not set expectations appropriately. Once my pedicure was done I was told to wait in the chair and the guy who did my pedicure moved on to another client, which was rather rude since he was already working on my nails. After all the time waiting and my mom was almost done with her manicure I told her lets just go and I will get my finger nails done somewhere else. Then a different guy said no he can work on my nails so I thought I would give him a chance. After taking off my powder polish he passed me on to yet another person to finish my nails for no apparent reason other than he wanted to take one of his preferred clients??? Interesting to me since they don't take appointments. The women he passed me off to wanted to argue with me about how short I wanted my nails (she wanted them longer than I asked for) and then I was shocked to see that my powder/dip manicure top coat was a gel coating. I've had my nails powder dipped for the past 6 years and this was my first experience where the nail tech used gel as a top coat which I hate the way it makes my nails feel. Never again will I go back to this place."

"I walked in with my 6yr old daughter yesterday to have pedicure and gel nails for our vacation. We only waited about 10mins before they started on both of us. The nail tech that did my daughters nails was so kind he was able to get her to go sit by herself and didn’t hesitate when I showed him the design she wanted and he said I will try my best and he did better than the picture I showed him! The lady that did my toes and nails was also just as great! She was very educational on what would work best to replace a missing toenail! She also said she would try her best to do the Pinterest pic I showed her!! Any other place I’ve tried always says no and will only do what they want! I can’t recommend this place enough! It was our first time, and we will definitely be back it’s worth the 35m drive to see them!! Thank you A1 nails for taking care of Graylee and myself and getting our nails beach ready! I wished I remembered the names of the two that did our nails. They are the best!!! Actually everyone seem so nice and kept My daughter occupied while I was finishing up my set!"
