"I was here for over 9 hours with bleach left in my hair for over 4 of them. My original stylist left and someone came in to fill in for her. She took pictures of how bad my hair looked to show her manager and kept reassuring other customers "this isn't my work". It was humiliating. The entire reason I came to the salon was for olaplex so my hair would recieve less damage- this product was not used. Oh! And my original stylist also made fun of the hair I wanted, saying "it's not 2016". I wanted to go to a lighter shade of brown, but my hair was left yellow and crunchy. I had a horrible experience and my hair is still recovering. I was never offered a refund. If you value your hair, time, and want to be treated with respect I would not use their services."
