"I've been struggling with a new illness and struggling to get the medication I need to control it because it’s so expensive. When I came to pick up my scripts and discovered yet another one won’t work because I can’t afford it, not gonna lie, I started to cry. Joseph was helping me and he was so incredibly kind and compassionate to me. I was very embarrassed to be so upset but he was just so kind about it. He then spent a good 15 minutes trying every pharmacist trick he knew to get me a discount. The medication thing is not sorted out yet, but it sure is nice when you’re just having a terrible time to have someone else just reach out and be kind and try to help. What an outstanding guy he is. Thanks Joseph!"

"Every time I walk in I'm greeted, every time I need help its there. I'm Just really impressed with who ever does the hiring here. They definitely find the right people to staff their Washington Courthouse location. And they have a lot more merchandise than you'd expect. A+ highly recommended"
"Changes in the staff has seemed to improve customer service. Digital coupons are easy to do and you can get some really good deals at times. Unfortunately the coupons don't always get deducted and a manager has to be involved and it can be a mess."
