"Was told I was not allowed to get more than one color after showing a picture of a few solid browns on each nail and told no that i wouldnt like it. I wanted gel on my finger nails but not my pedicure. And felt very forced to get gel. I did not get gel on my toes and felt I denied it quite a bit until my tech moved on. Very uncomfortable experience. The other star is because the building itself is clean and had a pretty set up."
"I Have frequented this salon and have been pleased, but when I Came in yesterday for a new set with some difficult artwork I was blown away ! My tech way Ryan. Ryan not only slayed the job, but his artwork is phenomenal!!! He will now be the tech I see every time ! He was also pretty funny and super quick (which I love!) thank you so much Ryan you did that ‼️"
"I really enjoyed my experience at Infinity Nail Spa. I got my nails done by Jay the manager. He was super friendly. He took his time & was very detailed. My nails look exactly like my reference photo. I also got my feet done there as well they did a wonderful job. If I could give them 10 stars I would !! Traveled 35- 40 minutes just to get my nails done & I will be doing it again !!"
"I went in and got my toes and nails done for my birthday trip and paid a good amount of money for these services. The first day I got them done, that night my toe polish came off one of my toes. Then two of my nails started bubbling and now have come open. The bubble is the whole nail pretty much so I am now going to get them redone somewhere else. I also asked for square oval, and she did not even file half of my nails the same as some. Looks no different. Pretty disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole service now made me feel like they’re rushing and didn’t take the time to cure the gel all the way. I didn’t take a picture of my toes because I already redid them myself since I didn’t have time to get them professionally redone."
