"If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my 2nd time coming here. I get a gel color on my real nails. They are long you would think they were acrylic. When I walked in there are 3 workers sleeping in the pedicure chairs. But anyways from the start of my appointment a bigger Asian guy was the one doing my nails this time. He has all short nails except one very long pinky nail and he sat up front very close to the register section. He was very rude from the start. I showed him I wanted white polish. He said “I don’t think we have that”. But he went to look and they had it. When he was taking off my gel polish he looked frustrated like he hated his job and he asked me “who did your nails last time they did not do good job “ and I said “I came here last time, yall did them last time… When he was doing my nails I couldn’t help but to notice how dirty his tools were and how dirty the salon was. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. Anyways close to my nails being “finished” I was very very unsatisfied with the paint job and the way he shaped my nails. The paint was on my skin, uneven. I told him I wanted very square but they were not. Some were square some were rounded and completely uneven. My 2 year old niece could have did a better job. He said “okay your done” and I said “really?, you didn’t even cut my cuticles” he said “we don’t do that here”. I told him any place I have ever been in my life cuts your cuticles. I asked him so yall charge $21 just for paint on my real nails?!?! Anyways I couldn’t get past the part where he said if he cut my cuticles it would be an extra charge. And I said hoooowwww and whyyy I’ve never heard of that. And then he tried to say “I’m a man and some women mind if they are touched without permission”… what does that have to do with anything? That’s why you didn’t cut my cuticles? I came to a NAIL SALON to get my NAILS DONE obviously I give you permission to touch my nails. He knew he was wrong so he started to cut my cuticles but each finger he grabbed he would squeeze a little too hard, harder than what he had been doing the whole time. Then he pushed my hand away and told me to go wash my hands with an attitude like he was my daddy or something. So I went to wash my hands and everyone looked at me cause me and him were arguing basically. So I said “what yall lookin at?, how about you get up and clean instead of sleeping or practice how to do nails better”. I will never return. Like I said my 2 year old niece could have done a better job. He had a major attitude for no reason. I have never been rude to anyone about my nails even if they were not done good because I wouldn’t want to hurt their feelings and I’d just go home and try to fix them myself. But with his attitude I couldn’t stay quite. It was unacceptable."

"Edit in response to owner: After telling my family what had happened, My MIL explained this was a scam they often did where she was from to get bigger tips. I did infant tip the technician quite a bit. However, I took her at her word she had in fact been fired. Either way my review remains the same. Bad buissness to deal with employee issues like this infront of customers and bad on the technicians if this is a great they play to get bigger tips. Used to be a regular here as it is only 5 mins from my house and the service was okay. This last October I took all the ladies in my family out. My technician was very sweet but I noticed part way through my pedicure she was sniffing a lot like she was having a bad reaction to the products. I told her it was fine she didn't need to use it if it was making her feel ill. But she completed the job anyway. She also got flustered and cut my toe a bit and the paint job was not the greatest. It's fine we all have our days no big deal to me. Then moves on to the manicure. She starts sniffling again that's when I noticed she was actually crying. I held her hand for a min and asked her if she was okay. That's when she explained she just got fired from the management and the manager was degrading her all throughout the pedicures. They were not speaking English so none of the customers knew. I felt awful for her and spent the time trying to comfort her. I will never go again!!! So disgusting of management to fire someone in front of customers its very unprofessional. Yes my service was terrible and my nails ended up messed up but overall what was supposed to be a relaxing outing with my family turned into consulting this poor girl."

"Ngl, I was skeptical given the reviews on here. There is nothing fancy or frilly about this place. However, the gentleman who did my acrylics and toes did a VERY good job. He did not rush and the results show! He was not very talkative but very kind. The ATM thing is weird that they want you to use when you pay so just bring cash if you decide to go here. I would return and ask for that same gentleman specifically."

"Please do not go here! My best friend and I went here because we had been to them before when they had just opened, they had been amazing. When we walked in to go to the pedicure stations we should have walked right out because I saw a dead cockroach. That wasn’t even the worst of it though. I had to wait 30 mins to get my pedicure while my best waited maybe 5 minutes. When they eventually got started I noticed that none of their tools were sanitized! They used a nail drill on my toes and then used it on another girls toes! They didn’t even change the drill bit! For what I paid for the service was laughable to be honest! I got the ice dancer and the exfoliation and massage was trash. My lady then stop my pedicure to paint my best friend’s feet because her lady had to help someone else. Just please do not go here there are so many health violations and obviously they do not put in any effort in there craft."

"Went here with me mum before she left to go back home. Wanted to try a new place close to where I live. Unfriendly environment. Was rushed with everything from getting seated, putting on the nails to the lay of acrylic then to the paint. Was in and out of the chair in 30-45 minutes tops. Never have I had to write a review but the acrylic should not be this thick and bulky. Never coming again. Was also told the shape will cost $3 more after having the acrylic laid."
