"My son is crushed. He always went to the same lady, he likes his hair long and he asked for an extra layer and she cut it off super short! He is in tears and doesn't even want to go to school. As a teenager, his hair is everything to him and he is heartbroken!My husband is angry ! she should have known how he wanted it cut, since he's been to her so many times. This was WAY OFF MARK! I cant put his hair back, but feel as if something can be done . He feels like she didn't even listen to him! ! Very bad experience this time, for my boy***** updat, he was bullied so bad at school today, over his stupid haircut, that the principal called me! She outta be ashamed of herself for messing his hair up so bad!"

"Checked in online before leaving my house. The system said I had a 10 minute wait. Since I live within about 7 minutes I headed in. When I arrived, my name was on top and the system said I had a 14 minute wait. Another customer came in while I was waiting and was seated before me. There were still no names above mine on the que. Not sure why I wasted my time checking in online. I was pretty annoyed by this so I didn't leave a review right away. But here we are two weeks later and it's still pretty annoying. I may give the place one more shot, but I'm already looking for another barber nearby. Update / 10 Sep 23 / signed in online, wait time 38 minutes. Got a text 7 minutes later saying to "come on in, you'll be next in 10-15 minutes" so we rushed around grabbed the kids and drove as quick as we could to get there. The system works. But it needs some polishing. The folks working are great. Their cuts are great. They're super friendly and do a great job. Once you get into a chair."
