"Worst experience of my life. Honestly my kid doesn’t like haircuts so it’s hard to take him to places. So I gave up and I put him down out of the chair and he was walking and fell and the lady that worked there was soo rude and assumed that I pushed and threatened to call the cops and that I was a bad mother. Please don’t go to this place. Worst place to get a haircut."

"Amber was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I needed. My hair is very thick and was long; hard to upkeep with a newborn. I needed a haircut that would be shorter, able to put in a ponytail when needed, but wouldn’t become a mushroom when dry. She took off weight off of my hair without superficial layers, but still looks full and healthy. She also cuts my husband hair, so it’s great we found someone who can take care of both of us in very little time! I was skeptical because it’s significantly cheaper than the salons I used to go to, but I was proven wrong. We’re for sure going to keep going to Amber for our haircut. Thank you!"

"Horrible service. One of the girls named Teresa completely botched a haircut so bad I had to go to another Great clips to get it corrected and even they were astonished to see how she had left my hair. To add insult to injury, she was just a nasty mannered person throughout. Reached out to customer service on multiple occasions with no response other than the owner should call you within 24 hours. I've been told that three times now and have not heard a word from anyone. I would definitely warn away from this place at the risk of receiving Teresa as the one whose chair you sit in."

"I walked in asking for a pixie cut and the hairstylist wanted to try a different look for me. I insisted I wanted to pixie cut, and I was adamant that I wanted a pixie cut. I did not get a pixie cut. I was told the hairstyle that she chose to gave me looked better on me. It doesn’t matter if a hairstyle looks better on the customer or not you give the customer what they want especially if they asked for it specifically. This woman did not, and refused to fix it I walked out and didn’t pay because I did not get what I wanted and I was specific I wanted a pixie cut This is what I have and now I have to find another place to go get my hair done to fix what this woman did. Will never go back to this great clips ever again I am now having to call all over the place to get in to have my hair fixed because I cannot walk around with this monstrosity of a hairstyle"
