"Purchased a liner in 2020. They were supposed to put in their back warehouse. We came in to pick up this year...they have no clue what happened to it. Management insists on emailing warehouse in strongsville for another liner, instead of picking up phone. They are now saying it might not be until July when they get us a liner. We've been doing business with Litehouse for over 15 years!!! Lets hope they can resolve this sooner!!! Update on 5/24...still no response. Have tried to reach out to corporate twice, the district manager is supposed to reach out to me...never calls!!! Reached out to litehouse corporate...they resolved and had delivered in 2 days!"
