"Unfortunately the lady who cut my boyfriends hair did not do a great job. not sure who it was, but my boyfriend, who usually has his hair parted down the middle with longer hair on the top that frames his face and it trimmed short on his neck, went in yesterday for a cut. he told the woman he wanted maybe an 1 inch off the top and trimmed on the sides/neck..this lady didn’t follow his directions at all! she just buzzed it all the way up until the top of his head and cut it basically into a mow-hawk. she didn’t ask how he parted his hair until half way through the cut. he was so distraught when he came home. definitely do not recommend great clips, this is the second time they’ve messed his hair up completely. such an unprofessional establishment!"
"Been looking for a place that knows how to handle thick, curly hair. Decided to try here as the closer Great Clips was too busy. Really glad I came here, Sarah is a professional, very friendly, and she did exactly what I wanted with the style I showed her. The place is clean, cheerful, with good music, too. I'll definitely be coming here from now on."
