"Worst manicure and pedicure experience I have ever had. The girl who served me did not know how to use a cuticle cutter, nail clipper, or how to paint nails. Looked like my 5 year old niece painted my nails, both for gel (hands) and regular polish (pedi). I called her out more than once, and even screamed a bit as there were times where she was about to clip my skin along with the nail she was clipping! More than one other employee there saw my face of desperation, including the owner and yet no one came to check if everything was OK. Was charged in full and was even asked to provide a tip. The nail clipper was rusty and the lady who did my nails should really not be working in this domain or get some professional training before being put in front of customers. I ended up cleaning my own toe nails and even painting them as she had left blank spots on the nail and they looked smudgy after she said she was done. The gel on my hands started coming off the same day I went there and I did not cook or clean anything for that to happen. Very unpleasant experience. I am thankful I do not live here and will never have to go back to this place again. I only went because I had a wedding that weekend, but I should’ve just saved my money. Maybe they are good with hair and that’s why they have good reviews, but for nails, RUN!"

"My stylist is Madison. She's very friendly and I love talking to her. I have short hair and she does an amazing job on it. All the other stylists are nice and friendly but I don't talk to them as often. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Not happy with my service from Mallory. My hair cut turned into a disaster that involved several stylists and the manager trying to fix. I walk away with much more cut than anticipated, and a very uneven cut, and my face framing hairs very uneven and a large gap. Upon my original appointment, the wrong hair treatment was recommended to me by the receptionist, which had it happened my color would have been stripped from my hair potentially. When the stylist was cutting my hair I kept telling her that she’s cutting too much too far into my hair (she was cutting my bangs) and she would go in to a different section of my bangs and cut further. The manager ended up coming back into the salon and having to do the best it could be to fix it. The manager did not charge me for my services since it is not at all what I wanted done. I just won’t be doing any further services here. I was very very excited to have my hair done, and for special occasion that it would look nice, but now my hair will not look even."
