"Vacationing in the area and wanted to wash what would be 1/2 a load back home. The "triple" washer would only fit half my bag and cost 5.75. I decided it wasn't worth the money. The facility was clean, just too expensive for me."
"Ask attendant why one of the washers wouldn't start (I've never been to this facility prior to today ) and 2 girls sitting at desk look at me like they wasn't working here..so I went and figured it out by asking another customer as well as opening the handle once again and wiggling it. As I looked back up front to let them know they didnt need to help they hurried and looked away. So I fixed my own issue. I will not be coming back to this facility ever.. This is what is wrong with our country. These younger kids like these 2 sitting behind the desk acting as if they are not here to help. I think someone has raised a couple spoiled children that only want paid And not do their job to make sure the costumers are satisfied."
"Had maybe a half basket of clothes to dry, an still had to bring them home to hang up to dry. Dryer was barely warm and Didn't run the full time. What a rip off this place is.The best laundromat in Logan County, is the one in Huntsville."
"Have came here for years when my machine is out of service, and it is always clean and the machines work well. It cost about $25 to wash n dry a months worth of laundry. The tanning side is also clean and the beds work fine. Nice staff as well."
