"I had requested refills at the Urbana CVS on the 20th. They remained in process thru the 27th. I called several times a day and no one answered the phone. I wanted an update as to why they were in process but my insurance had been billed. I ended up calling the Bellefontaine CVS and asking them to fill them. The pharmacist I spoke with was rude and very condescending when I explained (nicely) how I had been trying to get an update. I will be transferring all my scripts to another company."
