Had we kept going there she may have an entire mouth of cavities...Will never return or advise anyone to go here."

"At first when you go in everyone is kind and pleasant to talk to but it all changes after getting a tooth extracted. Dr. Robson was very nice and talked me through it saying I’ll get this out darling. He proceeded to numb the tooth after about 10 minutes he came back in started to pull it and I said no it wasn’t numb. So he added a couple more shots into the root of my tooth. Horrible pain! Waited a few minutes and started pulling again but once again it wasn’t numb. I told him stop over and over but he didn’t listen. I was shaking, screaming and crying but he didn’t care he just kept pulling. After it was out I said I told you it wasn’t numb he said I put the max amount of shots I can do and walked out. And his little assistant all she could say is let me know when you’re ready and I can walk you out. Standing to pay my $182 bill with tears rolling down my face not one person said are you okay? There was no comfort, nothing! How do you hear and see someone in that much pain and not comfort them? I highly recommend NOT going to this office. After talking to several people they’ve all had the worst experience with him! People read reviews! I wish I knew more about this office because I’m three days out and still feels like someone punched me in my jaw. I’ve been so sick and haven’t been able to eat. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist."
