"I have never witnessed more unprofessional behavior at a nail salon. My mom and I made appointments to get pedicures and manicures at this salon on a Sunday. They only had 2 people working so we had to wait and get them done one at a time (not a huge deal). While we waited other people that had appointments came in and eventually left because the wait time was so long. When it was time to get my nails done I asked for a design. The line was thick and uneven so I asked if we could thin it out, which the man doing my nails (pretty sure the owner) corrected. On my other hand I wanted him to go back over one of the lines because it was choppy. Before I could even tell him that he pushed back in his chair, stormed off to his coworker, and sent him to finish my nails. I was astonished by this behavior and have never been treated like this at a nail salon. When I went up to pay he wouldn’t even look at me then just tapped on the screen where I needed to pay (almost $300 as I was paying for my mom and me). Overall the experience took over 3 hours and we left dissatisfied and confused. My mom felt awful as she is a regular at this salon and wanted to share the experience with me."

"Wow, is all I can say. My friend recommended me to Tom so I made an appointment. I was so excited as all the reviews I saw were amazing. Upon arriving I sit down with who I thought was Tom but actually turned out to be Vincent (I think). He didn’t even use a drill once the acrylics were on. Didn’t have me wash my hands before polishing them. They’re very lumpy. No one can honestly tell me what this looks good. Wasted $80 and now have to go else where to get my nails done 2 days before Christmas."
