"I had continual problems with this incompetent company, and I'm very glad to be leaving. I asked to do everything electronically... the clerk said "okay," but, in fact, nothing is electronic. Everything is phone or snail mail. It's as if it was set up about 1990, and it was cutting edge for the time, but TOTALLY OUTDATED!!!"

Rarely have I encountered a business so proficient in the art of disappointment, and my encounter with this establishment was nothing short of a tragic comedy of errors. To begin with, their customer service is a case study in incompetence. I have never witnessed a team so skilled in evading responsibility and dodging customer inquiries. Attempts to resolve issues were met with a series of runaround tactics that left me feeling more frustrated than enlightened. It seems as though the concept of customer satisfaction is a foreign language to the Elixir Pharmacy staff. Elixir Pharmacy is a spectacular symphony of incompetence, from their laughable customer service to their snail-paced delivery and website straight out of the dark ages. If you enjoy frustration, disappointment, and a healthy dose of skepticism about the pharmaceutical industry, by all means, give Elixir Pharmacy a try. For the rest of us, let this be a cautionary tale and a plea to steer clear of this woeful excuse for a pharmacy."

"Worst experience I have ever had trying to get my medications. Working on it for 2 weeks now, and I’m on my second prior authorization for the same medication but now it’s a quantity problem. They don’t care if you’ve been on it for years and need the medication. Slow, and unprofessional. Worst mistake as far as coverage for prescriptions is concerned!"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The sheer incompetence of these people is staggering! They will not contact you if there is a problem with refills from the Dr. so you can step in. I asked for my RX to be overnighted yesterday because it had taken 8 days for them to get a refill from the Dr. Today I get an email stating that the RX was mailed USPS regular mail. When I finally get my meds in the mail I will have been without for 20 days. I know that this was not a problem with the Dr because the nurse called me to let me know that the Dr had approved the refill."

"Customer service representative could not have given less of a rip about my medication or needs. “Don’t call us, we’ll call you”. I have no choice but to use this horrible pharmacy because of insurance requirements. If YOU have the choice, DON’T!!!!"
