"CVS Pharmacys have alot of turnover. It's like they can't keep people. The techs need more training in customer service, that is, how to be warm and friendly while still being efficient. People are there because they have a health problem and need medication. They don't want to be there, but they want to leave feeling valued and taken care of. With the large amount of aging population, they -as in the \"younger set\" that you tend to see in these tech positions - need to learn how to treat the mostly older population that the pharmacy serves"
