"The customer service i received from my stylist was far below top tier. When paying for a service, the buyer should be treated respectfully, the buyer should have any/all questions answered (to the best of the stylists ability), and the buyer should NOT feel like a burden. I unfortunately, did not have any of those expectations met. Will not try book with Caitlin again. Very rude and unprofessional compared to my past salon’s stylists. Or compared to any other stylist I have spoken to over the phone, text, or dm. Horrible attitude. Basically told me not to come in because I asked if she felt comfortable doing my hair (as she is a blonde specialist) and that was after ignoring me for a whole day. Then said she only has time (2 hours) when she knew I wanted a balayage, cut, style, and treatment. She said she could do it and then said she’d squeeze it into two hours. I’m sorry, but if they can do that much in two hours, they’re using crazy damaging products. Should’ve been 4-6 hours."

"Mariah was (and I cannot emphasis this enough) the greatest! I brought my husband to Mariah for his first hair cut in a few years. He had a terrible experience a few years ago with an unrelated stylist that resulted in a shaved head, and he quite literally never got a hair cut again until we found Mariah. It was my first time seeing him HAPPY with his hair in all of our years together. She really listened to him, helped to teach him new ways to manage/style his hair and gave him exactly what he asked for. Thank you, Mariah, for helping my husband feel good about his hair. We'll be back!!"

"Pricing on website misleading- was told on the phone that my haircut would cost $35.00 and ended up paying $75.00 (before tip)! Did not get any special features added, just got a wash and cut. My stylist was super nice and the store was super cute, just wish I was not misinformed and mislead on pricing"
