"Definitely not recommended for a replacement Inground liner installation. Had mine done in early June 2023. Had installation problems and they told me they are not responsible for what THEIR installer did. I feel I had no choice and did not get to pick the installer. Also very hard to get ahold of anyone there by phone or for anyone to call you back. $3,800 is a lot of money to pay for something not done right."

"Pretty nice environment very helpful employees variety of choices for grills patio sets hot tubs equipment for your pools like cleaning repair tools and parts also filters for pools. Slides diving boards pumps last be not least pool water and sand filters. They have wicked deals on their products as well. Also if you want pool installation also maintenance they provide great service with either of the two."

"I would NOT recommend this company based on our recent experience. I had a pool closing scheduled for today, and no one showed up. I hadn’t heard from them regarding an eta for the closing, so I emailed the person I had emailed with to book the closing date requesting an eta for today. I didn’t hear a response. So, I called this afternoon and spoke with the person I had been emailing with. He was brief, said he would check with his team and call me back. Never received a call back, so a little over an hour later I called back and spoke with a woman who told me that person had left for the day and she would look into which team had us on their schedule for today. Once she heard something, she would call me back. Nothing. Then, at 5:30 this evening I received a voicemail from a different person stating that our closing was pushed to the week of Oct 9th (weeks later) and they will contact us the weekend prior to let us know a day & time. The person also then said the price will now be $510.95 instead of the $475 I was quoted in the email. We are extremely disappointed. How can they delay our closing by so long and then increase the price on top of that!? Awful!"

"Do not use for pool service/repairs! I called them on a Thursday afternoon for help with air in my pool lines. The nice lady said someone would call me Friday to schedule time. Friday and Saturday pass with no call, so I take matters into my own hands and redo all the pool intake plumbing. TUESDAY afternoon I get a call from a guy who says my pool work is done. The guy never called ahead and let himself into my fenced back yard while my wife was sleeping in the house. Completely unacceptable. She had no clue the guy had even been there, the only tracks he left behind was my new plumbing being worse than it started and left me with a new water leak near my pump. I called the office on Wednesday once I had calmed down and was told that it could take 48 hours for the air to get out of the lines and that she would call me back. Again, no call back. I got hit with a 178 dollar charge on my card for broken pipe seals and shock treatment, not to mention the lock my wife went out and bought because she is paranoid someone else will walk into our yard unannounced l. Why is it so hard to find good pool service people???"
