"Mia was my nail tech and she did an amazing job! Was very sweet, very gentle with my cuticles, always making sure I liked what they were looking like along the way. She made my nails look exactly like the picture I showed her. (any cuticle redness or damage is from ME biting them lol) Super happy!"

"I was at the salon on 04/12/23 The second time I go to this salon and I have a poorly done, lazy job. The girl who did my nails seemed to be unwilling, that I was asking her for a favor. My nails were blurry, crooked, one broke on the first day. The first time I went to the salon the girl who did my nails took almost 2 hours, because every minute she had a cell phone, totally talking about respect to the client. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I only went there because it was Monday and the salon I'm going to was closed. I was very angry to have spent $78 dollars on a service that I have to redo in less than a week."

"My 2 daughters and I have been to this establishment many times over the years but today may have been the last. We made a 9:30 appointment for 3 Mani/Pedis because my youngest daughter is getting married Tuesday out of town. When we arrived there were only 2 technicians so my daughter waited for 30 minutes with her feet in water waiting for another technician to show up. Once she started she was rude and argumentative with my daughter. She wanted a French pedicure with a black tip instead of white. And she requested regular polish. She kept telling her it would not look good and her nails were too short but she proceeded. The paint job was terrible and even on her skin. It was also immediately bubbling up. The technician did not perform all of the pedicure procedures and her toes looked worse than when she walked in. I am attaching photos. She then told her to sit there for 15 minutes and gave her a receipt for $49. No one ever took her to do her manicure and by now she just wanted to leave. When we were all done and paid I realized we were over charged. They charged my daughter for two classic pedicures instead of 1 and they charged her for gel which she didn’t get. When I confronted an employee I was told there was no one there to issue refunds so she gave me $40 cash which wasn’t even the right amount. My daughter was traumatized and now doesn’t have time to have them redone before her wedding. Needless to say we are very disappointed and disgusted by our service and the amount we paid. 2 days after this post my daughter got a terrible infection in one of her toes. No one from the store has responded to my complaint."

"I personally had a great experience. I got a full set of acrylics done with gel color polish. My tech did a fantastic job. My mom and 2 of my aunts had pedicures done and they all had a great experience as well. I will definitely go back there and recommend this place others."
