"The employees, the female ones, were nice and helpful. The guy working, seemed like the manager, was actively unfriendly: I walked in and said hello and he just looked at me and then looked away. Then when I was grabbing an armload of decorations he took my cart? It was 5 and online said they're open until 7, so maybe the hours are different and he wanted to close. Just weird."

"So I'm not happy with Party city huber heights'! Last year we celebrated my Dad 90 birthday and I place a deliver for the big y number balloons they were delivered and I was not notified. So they didn't last long. And also the day before I order 14 balloons they did not last over night, So i called corporate and they said they make right. The manger of the store called and said they apologies and that they would give me 50 dollars store credit to make it right. And I could use it any time. Well my Dad just passed and I wanted to use the store credit. But the manager is no longer there and I have to deal with new manager. The manger who left said that my name and the information would be put in the book. Well guess what it not. I ask the manager to send me an email never received it. I will not be going back to Party city. Taken my business somewhere."
"Great selection! Came in looking to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. I was able to find 21st specific decorations we loved, and got her a balloon package for 40$ with the giant numbers. I got the extra filler ingredient for the small balloons (around 1$) which stayed afloat for 3-4 days, and the big "21" is still fully afloat to the ceiling 7 days later!"
