"When you have a District Manager who only cares about maximizing her bonus, who will treat the employees like garbage, and goes out of her way to make them dislike each other, there's something REALLY wrong with that. And when she answers to a Regional Manager who does the same thing, how are the girls in this store supposed to get ahead? They're swimming against the current in the best scenario. No matter what your complaint is about this store, it is 100% known by the DM who does NOT care what you think or what you want. If you as the PAYING customer do not matter, obviously the employees don't either. Please treat them better, or shop somewhere else. They can just tell you to not come back. They don't have to take your abusive behavior."

"The employees don’t really seem to care too much about the customers, or the store. This is not a one time observation, but every time I’m there I have trouble finding someone to ring up my purchase, usually because the workers are smoking outside or talking to each other in a random isle. I’ve even been told “you can wait” by an employee. But prices are ok and food/drinks are always fresh, never found anything expired."

"The new employees as of this month (June 2020) are very friendly and always working. And that's excellent because the previous crew were lazy and disrespectful. If they get the store actually clean and organized, it's definitely a 5 star store!! They DEFINITELY have to stop blocking the emergency exit."

"Horrible store. Management and team members should all be replaced. Store nasty, trashy, and not taken care of at all. I can not believe corporate would allow a store to look like this. More things on the floor than shelves. Store was just built in the past 10 years and looks like it needs tore down. Whoever is the owner or GM needs to have more pride in their store. Customers should not feel they need to clean up the store. The store just looks ratchet and is taking down property value the moment you walk in. I would love to have a chat with the management."
