"Absolutely terrible company they only warranty their pools for 90 days. Once you buy and are out the door they are done with you. My pool had a dip in the the liner I called their guys that installed it and was told it will even out well it didn't and I got a hole right in the dip, which they wouldn't warranty After loosing all my water( because their patch doesn't work under water) sides caved in. It wasn't until August and after I bought the liner($800) did they come fix the BIG problem at a cost to me of $3,000. Their guys broke my brand new hose reel, that I can't find for less than $96 took part of my deck apart and never put it back and finally was left me with all the garbage. Mind you I only used the pool for 3 seasons. Pool cost $12,000 originally So now I have a $15,800 pool. Buyers beware!"
