"Horrible communication and customer service. We hasd a 12:00 appointment with Makayla and was running 7 min late. When I walked in Makayla had just got done washing her hair. I told them I had an appointment but was a couple minutes late and Hannah told me it would be a couple min. Makayla was just walking around and then sat in the chair on her phone. After waiting 30 minutes Hannah said it will just be a couple minutes longer. I waited for a total of 45 minutes and still did not receive service. We finally got up and walked out. I am not sure if Makayla was on break but they could of told us when we walked in that it was going to be awhile. I will never book with her again."

"Honestly, I had never went to a place like this because I figured it was mediocre at best. Well cost cutters proved me wrong, this place is pretty sweet. Hannah cut my hair and I like a high and tight cut, she did just that!! Only reason for the four stars, it's a little more expensive than others"
