"Please, do not go to Crystal Mendoza. She is very unprofessional and has stolen $210 from me. I bought gift cards from her for massages for my husband. She redeemed one of them. She then no longer could make appts after 6pm. (This was the reason we bought GFs from her, she was also running a special deal. But four get the 5th free) With that she told us she would give us a refund since she could not accommodate the time any longer. I have several messages from her stating she would refund me and she told me to go to her work place to be refunded. She agreed for me to go at 4pm today. An hour before my sitter was suppose to come, she messaged me saying she was not going to refund me anymore. I told her I would not be cancelling my sister that I would still be there at 4 as we had already agreed upon this. I arrived to Frey’s and then the ladies at the front desk lied for her and told me she was not there, but apparently she had left for the day. I showed them the message where she told me to go there to meet her for the $. They played as if they didn’t know anything about it. They were not professional what so ever. I called crystal after this from the parking lot. Crystal answer but as I was talking she HUNG UP on me. A report was made to the BBB and Ohio massage board."
