"I’m so upset with my hair. I came in to get my hair cut and colored. The color looks absolutely amazing but my hair cut breaks my heart. I had hair that was down to my butt and told my stylist I wanted to cut about 6 inches off, just enough so my hair didn’t get stuck in my armpits anymore. I explained that I wanted to cut it to where my bra hooks in the back. She seemed to understand and just started cutting. Never asked if where she was cutting was a good length or even took baby steps with it because a cut like that is anxiety inducing. She absolutely butchered my hair. She cut it all the way up to my shoulders and I can’t even pull all of it into a pony tail. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror because I’m so frustrated with my hair. I know there is nothing the salon can do, but word of advice to that stylist, don’t cut so much off at once. You can always cut more but once it’s gone there is no putting it back. Rip my self esteem until I grow it back out."

"I found Jill’s when searching for a local place to manage my wedding hair and make up! I’m getting married in the area but not local. After contacting multiple options both locally and other travel artist for hair and make up- I decided on Jill’s. Christy was easy to work with and prices were very reasonable. They were one of the only places that could guarantee a team to get my group of 8 done in three hours. From there on the experience just got better. I did my hair trial with Charity and Make Up with Jill. Both were great! I ended up deciding to schedule my pre wedding appointments here as well including facials, nails, and cut and color. I live over 3 hours away but they worked with my schedule to align things for when I was in town for other wedding on sites! Charity did my facials, eyebrow wax, hair color, and wedding hair. She was professional and did a truly good job! Ky did lovely nails- however since they aren’t just nails- there is a more limited selection of gel colors then one might be used to. Jill did my make up and I was so Impressed with her teaching and how she runs her business. My make up was great and she had some other girls learning from her. I learned from this experience how attentive she is to the details. She also checked every single persons hair and make up to ensure we all looked our best. They also let us drop off food and drinks before the day of. When we arrived morning of- they had set up our food and drinks in a beautiful spread for us making morning of so relaxing! I will likely continue to come back when I’m in town visiting family!"

"Today I had the absolute pleasure of having Khyonna do my nails! She not only payed the closest attention to detail but she also was very kind and the vibes were immaculate!! Khyonna was thorough and thoughtful of what my needs may be while getting my nails done and her customer service was very laid back again kind and all around a 10/10!
