"Elements Outdoor Living installed a retaining for myself and my neighbor. The project was pretty complex due to the location on a quarry lake. The results met and exceeded my expectations. While there were a few hiccups along the way, Remy Genot and his team were able to resolve those and bring the project in on budget. The crew was there everyday, worked hard and cleaned up at end. "My experience with this contractor has been awful. We hired them because they sounded like they know what they are doing. After we signed contract their communication started to be awful. They have the worst communication ever/ time management. I had to keep calling and texting them to get answers. They poured our concrete and messed up. We got two different colors variation of the concrete. They didn't have explanation on why we got that. They didn't clean up the concrete after them. They left concrete residue everywhere. We got couple companies to look at our concrete in order to seal it because they didn't. We were told by these companies that the main reason why we got color variation is because of their workmanship. When we didn't like the final product we decided to teak it hoping it will look decent. They told us that they would it but then two and half weeks later they still haven't called us back. I usually don't write reviews but this contractor really didn't care about his customer. All they cared about is money. After they took their final payment they didn't care about how the final product look."

They worked with a newer brick facade for the outdoor kitchen and sitting wall (Belgard I think), and it looks great. I can't say enough good things about Remy and his team."
