"I had scheduled a pool opening in October of last year for May. Kept checking on that day to see if they were coming out since I took the day off from work to be there to help with locating anything they needed. They called me at 7pm to say they were not going to be out after all and it would be two days later when they could come out. I told them from 4-6pm on that day would be the worst time to come and that is when they showed up. Asked for a discount due to the inconvenience of taking day off from work and was sent a very nasty e-mail and banned. Owner told me this when I asked for a discount "My first thought, is you don’t live on the same planet as the rest of us, and you certainly don’t know anything about the pool business. Please don’t call, this company EVER. We will not service you under any condition. You’ve crossed the line. You obviously take pride in stepping over a dollar to pick up a penny." Not sure why asking for a discount warranted this."
