"She's a great person but she didn't do either of my granddaughters nails right AT ALL!! she didn't paint them all the way and the sides of the nails weren't even and they both wanted coffin shaped and they weren't even shaped right the glue was all over and paint was all smeared she didn't cut there cuticles right it looks like she just put the tip on and painted over it and that what she did and my granddaughters always use to get there nails done and they stayed on till they needed to get refilled and for my one granddaughter they came off the day after and then the next day half of my other granddaughters came off and when they came off they said it didn't even hurt like it should of it felt a press on not a glue press on but the one wit no glue just the sticky stuff shes a good person great personality but not so good at the nails and her name was Ida shes only 17 and she said when I texted her she won't refund them or other to redo them right but I know for sure I'm definitely not going to her EVER AGAIN!!"

"I was not pleased at all with my experience here. Nails were all crooked and not painted fully what was painted was smeared everywhere I asked for black French nails. Even showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. I paid $55 for nails that I have to go see if somebody else can fix. She also cut my cuticles a lot. Not worth my time or money."

"Make sure that when you book, your appointment is with an employee of the salon, and double-check that info when they call to confirm your appointment. Even if you're speaking with someone from Tips N Toes, the tech you're scheduled with may not be a part of the salon. The technician named Shelia rents a room from the salon, but has her own business separate from that of the salon. They work in the same space, but are not responsible for her services. Her pricing and offerings are different, as well. The salon space was nice, and I left a separate review on the other business' page in regards to the service itself. However, this situation was very confusing for me, as all communication was done through an employee of Tips N Toes, and it was not made clear during my booking or reminder that the tech operated separately."

I have one nail technician that rents a spot at my business & she has her own Facebook page for reviews as it is her own business. If you want to leave a review for her go to her Facebook page Gal’s Nails by Sheila. I don’t think it is fair that I should get negative reviews when I did not do your service. I have been doing nails for 11 years now & I am very professional. So please, before you review make sure you have the right person/place! Thank you!"
