"was charged more than what was quoted on the phone then only after we had paid was told they didnt have the correct color of sweatshirt, lettering, or color of lettering with signs all over the place saying 0 refunds under any circumstance."
"I'm very disappointed in the owner of the t-shirt station. After weeks and weeks of broken promises to correct the spelling of Charlotte on the 9 hoodies I had him put together for my car club. He promised to fix the mis-spelled Charlotte error and reimburse me the shipping cost. He has now turned his phone off and stopped answering my calls. So for now we're out of 440 plus dollar not including the cost of shipping."
"Was able to get a new hoodie with an image I sent to him completed in under 30 minutes! Gentleman running the stand was very polite and helpful. Would use his services again if I needed too. Located right outside the food court on the 2nd floor. Thank you!"
"Very slow, wasted a week getting my quote to me so entire process took 14 days when they said it should have taken 5 days. They will not return your phone call or email, you must follow-up in person and only then will they say they have your quote. Waste of time and effort and almost missed the events I ordered the shirts for. I showed up on the day they then told me my order would be ready, only to tell me it was not complete. Would have been nice if they called me in the morning to inform me and not waste my time driving out there only to do it again the following day. Only positive...you will get your shirts....at some point. The staff was nice, but they do need to work on the customer service, and responsiveness."
