"We ordered three different custom jerseys and two custom hats for our 14u travel baseball team from Pauer this year. John and Michelle were both fantastic in helping with the design, coordinating the sizes and getting us our stuff on time. The uniforms turned out great and the boys love them. Definitely recommend giving Michelle a call and letting her help with whatever you need!"

"The facility is nice. I would not recommend ordering from them. They are disorganized and have poor customer service when it comes to uniform orders. A month after sizing, I called to check on order and they claimed it was missed. it appears they work on post it’s and have no accurate system to ensure what needs done gets done correctly and in a timely manner. They could not give me any information on my order either, not size or order date, so when it shows up it could be untimely and incorrect. Update: after the initial review, Michelle was very helpful and the store owner John was very kind and helpful. The situation was handled with kindness, patience, and understanding from these two individuals. They fixed the mess up to the best of their ability in a timely manner."

"First, let me tell you how impressed I am. My son does not play for this organization. I don't know anything else but, Damon Dues "All Aspects" only $25 a session or 4 weeks at $100. This is a steal, due to his range of knowledge and elite techniques. My son is a shortstop and a switch hitter. I needed some more developed information on left handed hitting, and what do you know Damon Dues is a left handed hitter. Secondly, how do I determine this I have a zepp baseball and a pocket radar smartcoach which gives me the data on his hitting for contact and power. Improve tremendously after only three sessions. Lastly, his infielding training is elite and Damon is able to translate his elite information so your child will easily interpreted into skill and put it into real game use."

"I ordered apparel from here, really liked what I saw at the online store for my kids school. The order was sent to the school and then given to me by my son whose coach gave it to him while at practice. When I opened the bag it consisted of 2 items. One was one of the custom short sleeve Ts that I did order (and actually is a great product) and a pair of Miamisburg sweat pants that I did not order. I took it back up to the school right away, showed the receipt and was directed to email John and explain to him that I didn't get my other 2 items which were a long sleeve customized shirt and a fleeced hoodie and to also let him know that an item that was not mine was in the bag. So I emailed John and he was very concerned and said he would fix it. Told me to bring the items back up to the store along with the receipt. I did so however John was not there. So I explained to the workers what John and I had spoke about during the email exchanges. They looked through all the bags and in back and said they didn't see the other 2 items. But said it was odd that the swear pants were in the bag indicating that the items some how were mixed up. So here's the issue. I gave them the receipt when I was there. They told me that if they found it they would deliver it to my home. I have emailed John on THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. I have called EVERY WEEK since I returned their item and gave them my receipt and John is never available. The one time I ended up calling was told that John was there but can't come to the phone because he was working out. Even after I explained to the guy that answered that I have been waiting for John to call back or email back and that I really needed to speak with him. His response was "well he's working out right now so he will call you back". Never heard back from him. I have requested a refund NO answer to the email, I just called again, no help and John is not there. I am unsure what and why I'm being treated as such. I specifically told him that I dont want a refund I would like the merchandise that I paid for. I got one item out of 3 that I ordered and they are really playing games about refunding me or either providing the merchandise. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE THERE...IF YOU DO ORDER PICK IT UP PERSONALLY SO U CAN CHECK THE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. I didn't have that option and I am.out of money and merchandise! 1 star! UPDATE: after this review, the next day i got an email back from John stating he refunded me for the merchandise that I did not get."
