"I’ve love Adell Durbin since childhood. Woodland, streams, fields, hills & forest - it’s all inside this small park."

"This is such a lovely park for hiking. There are marked trails and beautiful gorge views. Tennis courts, picnic tables and a children’s playground are all wonderful features in this park."

"A nice, not too busy, park with a cute little playground. Perfect for smaller kids, except there are no infant swings. Needs a little TLC but we enjoyed it none the less. The slides are perfect size for 1.5/2 yr olds to still be able to enjoy safely without having to be accompanied by an adult. I like the separation of the equipment for bigger kids and the smaller kids. The tennis courts are in good shape, and are greatly utilized by the locals it seemed, which is nice to see."

"Very nice park with convenient parking, a playground, trails and lighted tennis courts. I rated it five stars, but honestly it could use a little more TLC. Unfortunately there were signs of vandalism who thought we wanted to see their blue spray paint on the rocks and trees. Also, some of the trails could use some brush clearing and sign updates. The playground is nice. Would be nice if it was a little larger as the park is a large and is very well used. But it is good for smaller kids. There are picnic tables and benches around the playground and the trees provide plenty of shade. The main trail did get upgraded with a new bridge... thankfully! I believe it was gone for several years. Currently there is no bathroom, but a new restroom and small awning have been approved to be built. The lighted tennis courts are extremely popular. The parking lot is close, but still requires a small walk down the hill to get to them. There are several concrete pads that used to be buildings that could be rented, but all that is left is the foundation. The city could make use of these and turn them into pavilions.... but for now, they are just concrete pads. The park is very large and the trails wander through the forest and by the river. Be prepared for some climbing and steps! There is plenty to see walking around."
