"We visited the skate park today. It's been about a year since we were there. Unfortunately, the metal on the half pipe is falling through. That is a huge safety issue. Metal is sticking out everywhere. There is garbage under most of the areas. I don't know how much use it has been getting lately but many sections are worn down in the middle(s). This was always a nice place to go. I hope the skate park gets the much needed safety attention it needs!"
"Generally good as usual, but as we were trying to stay in the shade, under the trees at the west side of the park, we found two ticks on us. So beware of ticks under the trees and near all that brush."
