"This review has nothing to do with the level of care they provide, simply the fact that they’re impossible to reach. I’ve emailed through the form on their website and called many, many times without ever receiving a response. I’ve left voicemails on the general line as well as for the director specifically and never get a call back. Finding child care is so stressful and it begins with finding a trusting and reliable facility. I hope they have a separate phone line for parents who have kids in the program because I couldn’t imagine not being able to get ahold of them in an emergency."

"I had a wonderful experience at this Y. The personnel were so very helpful and took the time to show me the areas in which I was interested. Kris , especially, took the time to explain the areas and the benefits of the Y. I was truly impressed with the attention and consideration I was given."

"I love this daycare ! Both of my children (7 and 3+ months) go here and the staff is absolutely wonderful! All of them are super caring and truly care for the kids. For the older children, they do field trips to different places in the summer. For my infant daughter the teachers communicate so well with you, and are always doing great things with the kids like reading them stories and taking them on walks. I will say I tried other daycares in the area and this is by far the BEST daycare in the entire area; and the best part is it’s the cheapest option as well! Great job to all the staff for making each day awesome for the kiddos!"
