"The people that work here are very unprofessional and unreliable when attempting to watch children. They were not cautious of COVID 19 and any procedures pertaining to it. I would not send my kids here after witnessing how they treated adults, let alone how they talk to their kids. I called the manager to complain and she failed to have any concern towards me and failed to address her workers. There was miscommunication between the workers causing issues for me and my kids. If you are looking to send your child here, call your neighborhood nanny first."
