"We received the large size box with just about everything. The hot dogs were the best I ever had. The chops, chicken breasts, and everything else was good but nothing great. The filets (which you would expect to be the best) were the worst. The were more like thick cuts of roasts. Tender but still a roast - not anything like a steak."

"The gift meat package I bought still hasn’t been delivered to my family and it’s over two weeks late now. Customer care was very sweet but Omaha Steaks needs to deliver its own packages! The steaks are high quality and y’all trusting UPS is going to ruin your company. Your product needs to get to the customers especially given the prices."

"I wanted to send my parents in Florida some steaks and wine. According to the website there was a JOIN30 discount. If you spent $159 you would get a $30 discount. I ordered the $99 special of the day and the $69 Tour de France wine set but they would not honor the discount. They said i had to spend $159 which clearly i was. I called Omaha Steaks on the phone and after 15 minutes i finally got to talk to maybe the dumbest person I've ever had to talk to....anyway, they wouldn't honor the discount..somehow wine doesn't count .so i didn't buy...i have no problem spending my money elsewhere."

"This company is far from transparent. Very few products have reviews that can actually be clicked on and read. I can't find any products for which a review can be left. Since only one of the products I have purchased was tasty enough to buy again (shrimp scampi skillet meal), I am beginning to think this is intentional rather than a known issue they have tried to fix for months (since at least Feb 2, the first time I called them). It's funny that the order button works just fine for everything."
