"Went to Piada the other day and I have to say, service was impeccable. The restaurant was so clean, the employees were SO understanding and helpful, as it being my first time there. I was not disappointed and will be back. Management was excellent, I believe the woman I spoke too was named ashley and she was just the sweetest. Will recommend and will return."

"I find myself to be a regular at Piada. The food is always fresh and the staff are consistently welcoming. Why wouldn't you keep coming back? Also, the dining area and restrooms are kept clean which is a good indicator that the kitchen is as well. I have been there for lunch and dinner and the experience is the same. I typically order a variation of the same meal - pasta, pesto, some veggies and meatballs. The meatballs are underrated in my opinion. And don't pass on the lobster bisque. My wife is vegetarian and always orders the Power Bowl. She also likes the Italian Sodas that you can't get in other places. Piada is a great place for families since everyone can get meals customized to their liking. Check it out if you haven't."
"I had this food for the first time the other day, I didn’t quite know what to get, so I built my own. The girl behind the counter helping me (Red head) was absolutely great. One of the most helpful employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of ordering from. I’m from out of state so usually it seems people are rude. If every place had employees as great as this one, I think they would be jampacked all the time. The food was also wonderful. Thank you so much for an enjoyable experience."
"We recently moved to Rocky River and have been exploring the different restaurants in the area and this one did not disappoint! The pasta has great flavor and the "bread sticks" are so good is literally go there just for them! Drinks are super interesting and yummy too."
