"Worst customer service ever from a Jimmy John's. Walked in nobody in line ahead of us so should be pretty quick. Nope. Counted five workers behind the counter. Waited at the patiently for someone to come to the counter to take our order. Had three people look right at us. Nothing. The woman closest to us looked at us three times. Still nothing. I understand being busy, however good customer service would be a simple acknowledgement and "thank you for waiting we'll be right with you", not crickets and a blank stare. Got tired of waiting and walked out. Won't go back."
"Wow broke down and have to stay at hotel 5 miles away. And was told it takes 7 to 8 minute to drive the 5 mile distance. And they said. To far. When is 5 miles to far to keep customers happy. My local JJ drives deliveries upto 15 miles. Wow make me think twice of getting food from this franchise again. Good food but unrealistic on delivery."
"Worst place to go. Received wrong order, then they wanted to charge me again to make the correct order. Not happening! Therefore they took my money I got nothing. Don’t ever go there!!!"
"Check your order! They forgot my wrap, I tried to call when I got home and the call wouldn't go through. When I got through the next day I was told their phones were working last night, even though the manager I talked to admitted she wasn't there the previous night when I tried to repeatedly call. They can't give me my wrap because it happened the previous evening, less than 24 hours. I've worked with the public, and this is garbage. Their mistake, their phones, my loss. I will never waste my money here again."
