"I would give zero stars for the food and definitely ZERO star for the absolute horrible service. Seen every server but ours. Food was cold and sloppy looking waited for a long time to be seated, order taken and getting bill or even a drink refill. They only had 4 tables when we arrived ."
"I had an issue at this restaurant. I didn't get everything I ordered and left for home, i should have checked the bag. The good news is the manager Phil was a hell of a stand up guy. He personally went back and made sure my order was done right! Thanks Phil! You are the type of manager all stores should have!"
"Music was a little loud but playing trivia was fun. Onion rings were perfectly crispy and our burgers were delicious. Also definitely recommend the new margaritas! The Black Cherry was delicious, ordered without the Tajin."
"Disgusting. We made an online order for pickup. There was so much sauce pooled on the bottom of my husbands wings, and mine were so saturated the box was falling apart onto my wings. As you can see in the pictures. The wings were also very over cooked. My husband called and asked to speak with a manager. The manager offered to make it again but we didn’t want to drive all the way back and we had already lost our appetites from the food we received. He asked for them to refund 1 of the 6 meals we ordered. They wouldn’t do that. He asked the manager for her name and she wouldn’t tell him. So he asked to speak to a GM or for corporates phone number. She told him to google it and then hung up on him. The lady who took our report at corporate was very kind. We will not be eating here again. After looking at past reviews, it seems like this is a reoccurring problem. We wasted $70 on food we will not eat. Look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle."
