"I avoid this business like the plague. All my bills are paid electronically by my bank but somehow I missed sending the electronic payment a couple days ago, so I sat down this morning and wrote a check for a change and drove there and stood in line for 27 minutes, with a store full of people, just waiting to pay my overpriced cable bill. I have nothing but basic cable and my bill keeps going up each month and now surpassed $249.50. I have gotten no additional service or benefits from the price increase."
"The lady at the desk was quite rude I wanted to know what it cost to get internet and cable hooked up she wanted to know where I lived and wanted to see my driver's license for some strange reason apparently if you don't live here they won't answer your question"

"Moved from Delaware, where service was actually reliable, but up here apparently the package we paid for isn't available. So now we pay 20 dollars more, for slower internet than what we had from the same provider in a different town. 85 dollars a month to only be able to use one device somewhat reliably on the wifi. I can't even load a video on my phone half the time and end up eating through my data because the service is always going out."
