"Door unlocked and lights on but was told “oh we’re not open”. Maybe make sure your door is locked if you aren’t open."
"Went last night and it had been replaced by a store called Ollar Tee. In all seriousness though I like the dollar tree for odds and ends. Most things now are $1.25 and they are upgrading to dollar plus which is good."
"I have loved shopping at Dollar Tree and it was always one of my favorite stores if not the favorite store. But ours has really gone downhill. Today there were stacks of boxes everywhere in the aisles and the store was filthy. The windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them and there was fingerprints everywhere. It might be a good idea to train your workers that during slow times they grab a bottle of Windex and clean some windows. I'm not excited to go back because for me cleanliness is key. Please train your employees properly."
"Let’s talk about Brandy. She went over and above for an elderly customer today as she searched for the very specific item this customer was needing. As she checked her customer out, the customer said the item was her husband’s favorite treat, and he had been recently placed in a nursing home. Brandy was helpful, sympathetic, and attentive."
