"Never had the chance to actually stay here. We booked a room for a wedding MONTHS in advance and had issues with our flights changing. We called on multiple occasions to try and get our reservation sorted as we were planning to stay for a wedding and had a very early flight the next morning. We spoke with Paige at this location and were rudely informed that they are unable to accommodate late check outs and we needed to check the night before to find out if this is even a possibility. Unfortunately, as we are traveling quite far and out of state this is not a feasible option for us. We want to confirm this to minimize the amount of stress during our travel. When we asked politely to speak to a manager regarding this we were once again, RUDELY informed that we are unable to contact the manager. Their voice mail isn't working and we were told the there is absolutely nothing we can do. What was supposed to be a fun and easy trip for us to celebrate our friends wedding has become an unreliable and stressful event to plan due to the customer service we received from this location."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We have stayed here every June/August for the last 3 years and have never been dissatisfied until now. The bathtub fills while trying to take a shower despite the drain plug being wide open. On our last night/morning, the toilet stopped flushing and was over flowing (only used a few times the whole stay). We complained to the front desk staff who basically told us we “complained about it too late.” I’m sorry that our concerns started on the last night. We were staying with several groups who also had a similar experience. Overall cleanliness was diminished as well. This is unacceptable service and we will NOT be back. -UPDATE- I submitted the information as directed to in the below response from the owner. I have yet to hear back from anyone."

"It was super comfortable and the staff were all great. Minus three stars for charging us $100 (nonrefundable) for two small dogs (combined weight 35lbs) for one single night. Dogs who did very little other than sleep in the 8 hours or so we were there. Absolute and unrepentant highway robbery, and will not stay at a Hampton Inn the next time around unless we have no choice. Also, really not a bad location, given that it's kinda located in a hideous strip mall-- but there are still sidewalks where you can walk places. There are also trees, which a lot of hideous strip malls don't have."
