"Dave was awesome. He’s been a client of mine for some years now and told me to reach out to him if I ever needed any furniture so that’s exactly what I did, man I wasn’t disappointed. Like most buyers I was all over the place and changed my mind 1000 times on what I wanted. Dave was patient, understanding, respectful of my needs and pointed me in the right direction with every piece of furniture I selected. He guided me through the sales process with no pressure and let me go back and fourth with pieces I was unsure of. Not to mention he got me the best price you could ever get when it came down to purchasing. I can’t recommend this guy enough, he’s really good at his job and knows how to make you feel welcomed and understood. Greeted me at the door, offered me water and some snacks and let me decide what I wanted to do. Dave you’re the man! I appreciate everything you did for me making this process quick and easy."

"We were hoping for a great delivery and assembly experience today after discussing concerns prior to scheduling a delivery date for a bed, adjustable base and headboard. It was quite the opposite and we are extremely dissatisfied and are still waiting for resolution. Before planning the delivery we made another trip to the store to discuss what we expected and we were promised everything would be assembled and we would love it. Instead we now have a bed that can’t be used and it’s just sitting there due to the headboard just leaning on the wall. Also, the headboard arrived with a dent in it. This is such a disappointing purchase from a core business that deals with furniture. We also called the local store where we purchased everything and asked for the manager. I was told he would call me back and I have yet to receive a call. Please have the Fairlawn local store manager call us ASAP to get this resolved."
