"I had to up my review from years ago due to our recent trip. Yes, they don’t buy everything that I have brought, and I questioned that before, but I am sure there is a reason. Recently I went in with my 2 older kids, and realized my son has sized out of the store. Sad for sure! The woman at the front was so kind and gave each of my kids a little gift! My son was leaving with nothing, and as a mom that felt really weird. I think she noticed and made sure he had something. I will be back from that experience alone. My kids are still talking about their treasure! Plus you can’t beat half off their winter shoes! My daughter got pair of michael mores for $8, looked brand new. A pair of actually brand new pumas for $16. I wish I got her name, because things like that are just core memories for kids. And us mamas will never forget such kindness! Thank you!!"

"Very disappointed. About 2 months ago we went to sell some clothes. They told us they would call us but it could take 3 weeks. We did not receive any phone calls and I do not have any text messages or voice mails from them, only commercial text messages. After a month we went back to ask what is going on. They said they called us (which is not true), so they automatically give us the money as store credit (about $60) but they throwed away our basket (a new basket for laundry worth $35 from Amazon) because we did not come 3 days after they called us, which, as I mentioned, it didn't happen. But ok, we left very disappointed. At the beginning of the month my wife went there and spent about $20 from the store account. Today, she went again and spent about $10 but they said we don't have any more credit, we are on zero. Really? What happened with the rest (about $40)? She said that we spent them all last time, it is in the system. If it's in the system tell me what items I bought, but she replied, I can't, I only see the sum, you spent all the money you had. Well, you are operating the "system", so you emptied my account, this is stealing, shame on you, is this the way you understand to do business? Disappointed. Please do not reply with more lies, do not reply at all. So be very careful, keep all your receipts as proof"

"It is 2:15 on a Tuesday and they have a sign on the door that reads “closed to prepare for back to school shopping. Sorry for the inconvenience.” You can visibly see multiple employees in the store. There is no signage as to when they will reopen. When you call the phone, they answer and then sit there in silence for about 30 seconds before they hang up. This is no way to communicate with customers or operate a business. I literally loaded up a two year old and a newborn to try and find some clothes and they do not have the audacity to even answer the phone to tell people when they will be reopening. Never coming back to this location."

"Disappointed in this store lately. Both times I have dropped off totes with clothes neatly stacked and folded (as they require). Upon pick up, the totes are basically a disaster with everything unfolded and tossed around. I have before and after pics from the last time. Seems unprofessional and disrespectful. Also, you can barely move around the front of the store anymore let alone shop… there are totes and drop off items EVERYWHERE."

"Went here for the first time today and got super lucky in finding a brand new Dockatot for such a good price!! Always wanted one but didnt get it because it was so expensive everywhere else! The store is very clean and they have really cute inventory! The people who work there are very friendly and sweet too! I will definitely be back!!"
