"Nice alley, lots of lanes, good food options."

"I was not impressed with the birthday party. The host was not exactly a host, she disappeared alot. No party room was provided. The last party I attended there you received a party room. As far as a bowling alley, it was a good time. Lanes are nice. The smallest kids' shoe they have is toddler 11. They only have like 8 kid bowling balls for the entire place, but there are plenty of options for adults. They have a bar and a kitchen. Bloody Mary's were on point along with the nachos, wings, and loaded tater tots. Highly recommended for a night of fun!"

"Not a fan of cosmic bowl here, lane was constantly setting the pins wrong or fallen in over, when asked assistant GM Missy to assist she stated she would contact the mechanic and add time to the lane. Mechanic never addressed our issue or concern and time was never added to the lane. Overall not the best experience and Missy wasn’t very pleasant to work with. She made me seem like I was a nuisance. Normally when I come here during the day it is very pleasant and customer service is top notch. Not tonight though, missy needs some lessons and training in customer service and maybe take some classes on manners"

"I work in customer service myself and I know how it is having guests that can be rude but you shouldn’t be rude to the ones who are nice to you. I went in and wanted to have a fun bowling time with my sister, the woman at the front desk was very rude and condescending, for example, we wanted the bumper lanes because we wanted to see who could hit more pins (not competitive we just wanted to have fun!) we immediately got a rude response stating we are too old and that we aren’t children (to which I responded that adults with no kids were using them yesterday) every question we asked with a smile and a kind tone was met with a rude and condescending answer. I know customer service isn’t for the weak but at least be kind to the people who are kind to you back. I shouldn’t have to do a walk of shame in order to bowl. I was going to bring my family here but seems like that won’t be the case anymore. So to those of you who might like to go, even if you’re nice, doesn’t mean they will treat you nice back. :(I"

"Love coming here usually. However, tried going today to bowl since the website said there was open bowling today. Got to the place and waited about 20 minutes before anyone at the front desk said anything to us. Just to find out that they had tournaments going today. Their website didn’t state this so don’t trust the website. The front desk lady was also pretty rude about it. So we will see if we will be back."
