"if i could give 0 starts i would. i came in at around 8 and as i was checking out around 8:30-8:40 and the lady next to me had been at the self checkout since before i got to the self check out next to her and she had one item she was trying to get and had accidentally scanned it twice and stood there while i rang up my 40 items with her register saying please wait for assistance please wait for assistance until i finished scanning my things and she said can i give you 2$ to scan this for me so that i can leave please and so i did and she left and i finished paying for my things and as i was finishing paying the old lady with short white hair and glasses finally walked out of the back and goes what do you need? and trying not to make her feel bad about the other lady waiting at the cash only registered that i had already helped and had left i just told her i accidentally scanned something on the cash only register and it needed canceled out and so she goes and fixes the register next to me the proceeds to talk to her coworker who is saying i guess that other lady just couldn't wait when she waited 15 minutes and no one came to help her and then she says back to her coworker yeah i guess i need to make a bigger sign since no one can read right infront of me. worst customer service i've ever seen in my entire life. there were no employees to help me or the other customer that I HELPED but as soon as we're both done checking out they both have time to complain about us to each other. absolutely unbelievable to me. i will never be coming back here, gonna stick to going to the one on springboro pike and you should too."

"I use to love this location but today on November 6, 2023, the experience my sister and I had today has drastically changed how I feel about this store. We were profiled by an older female employee with short white gray hair because of our skin color. It was a very uncomfortable shopping experience. She checked out other customers but when it got to us she went back in the office and we had to use the self checkout machine as she watched us like a hawk as we scanned our items. This woman had every employee and a customer watching us all because of our skin color. This made us very uncomfortable. If I had her name I would have placed it in this review but she wanted to watch us rather than do her job and check us out. This was a clear case of racial discrimination at its finest smh."

"This was the most organized and cleanest Dollar Tree I've ever been in. I was very impressed. Fully stocked , aisles not overflowing with carts and very helpful workers."

"This is my favorite Dollar Tree in the area. Very easy to navigate with most items being generally in the area where they are supposed to be so it's not utter chaos like other locations. This location has a great selection of crafting materials and I always look forward to seeing what the seasonal section has to offer. Most of the employees (especially the daytime crew) are very friendly. Some things are definitely overpriced but most of the items are fair at $1.25. This location also has a few items that are priced over the signature $1.25 the chain is known for. There's a little bit of everything here and I always leave having purchased at least one thing."
