"My wings were plain, the cook used too much batter. My fries were saggy/undercook. I called back to speak to management the lady put me on hold to listen to conversations in back. Because of the unsuccessful phone call attempt, I’ll just leave a review for management. GET IT TOGETHER! The chicken has potential, less batter on plain chicken! Plain chicken means homemade no batter. Fries is an easy fix too, make sure they’re done with the sauce we pay for!"

"I have been going here for years the food is good , but the customer service is not so great they have attitudes like they don't want to serve you or tell you they are not cooking what you may want. The cook needs to get some kind of organizatoin to him cooking and cook food the right way."
"I just sent for food and it was good and timing was good. One lady was nice or pleasant I should say and I guess the other lady because she wasn't working, I thought she was rather rude. If you're not working then you shouldn't be in eye sight, no one knows if you're off or working! Customer service is key"
