"My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town and happened upon Scalpers! It was the best experience ever! We met Courtney and Jess and I am convinced now that Cleveland is top tier. Not only was the service superb , but the welcoming vibe, the respect , and the cocktails were beyond what I expected! Thank you so much Courtney and Jess for making our time in Cleveland amazing! We will be back for sure! Only on the nights you two work though! Seriously thank you!"
"This place is right down the street from me and I have been here 4 or 5 times over the last few years, hoping it could be a regular place for me. But....Do NOT go here if you are not a regular. The bartenders only care about the regulars and completely ignore every one else and this has been my experience every single time I've been there no matter what girl was bartending. And the food takes FOREVER to come out! And it is terrible, ordered the buffalo stacked fries, fries were soggy and disgusting, chicken was like rubber. Also no one ever asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything. And WE asked for plates and the bartender looked at us like we were speaking a different language. Also asked for ranch dressing 2x, only getting AFTER food was gone. Asked for blue cheese, never got that but was charged for it, just like the ranch. Again this was because the bartenders were more interested in taking care of the regulars and ignoring every one else. Whoever owns this place needs to re-train everyone. I cannot believe I've been here several times over a span of several years and it's ALWAYS the same, terrible bartender that take care of ONLY regulars and ignore and treat everyone else terribly. Worst place and experience. NEVER again. Do NOT eve ndeserve one star."
