"The energy walking in was very dull. It appeared that nobody really wanted to work . No smiles , no greetings and it almost seemed like a burden that I was coming in to spend my money . The wait was a little long and when I noticed my drink being finished , I noticed she was about to put whip on it and asked her not to . The employee then “mumbled “ well why doesn’t it say that . Not sure if it was directed toward me but I heard it and it was very rude . I was once a barista and this service would have never been tolerated . My hope is that if I stop in this location again , it’s a “happy” place."
