"First time there, was a little nervous because several co-workers kept saying it was over rated... I can confirm that is NOT the case... Service was great, appetizer...great, main courses GREAT... and of course the cheesecake was delicious!!!!!"

"It was my first time there, and I didn't understand the hype. What I noticed first was that it was a beautiful building. Super high ceilings, chandeliers, and collumns with faces carved into them. Very fancy looking. The hostess was pretty rude, though. The food was ok, not anything that I'd go crazy over. Reminded me of olive garden quality. I got a flat diet coke, my sandwich was cold, and I didn't get ketchup with my fries. I ordered the club and I thought that it would be warm since it was on toasted bread but it was just a deli sandwich on toast. The menu is completely too big, though. 21 pages is just too much. I'm glad I didn't have to pay due to this being a company outing. This honestly wouldn't be my first choice of restaurants."

"Shrimp Scampi was the best! Gigantic shrimp, crispy on the outside, sauce was super strong garlic and butter! Just the best. Also warm crab dip was amazing"

"Extremely busy place and expensive, but food has quality. Second visit, the staff was friendly, and the food has quality. Low carb options on cheesecake and gluten-free also. Wi-Fi stinks, too slow, and regular signal is also slow inside the building."

"Overall my large family had a great experience here. There were 15 of us (adults and kids) and we were unable to reserve tables online due to limitations with their reservation system on yelp. We went in person and reserved two tables, took approximately 2 hours for tables to become available on a Saturday afternoon/evening. The place was busy and it was hard to wade through the entrance since there were plenty of people waiting. Our waitress was kind and patient with our two tables (not side by side). She had help and some meals got confused and we ended up getting charged for extra food that we didn’t order, but it wasn’t a huge deal since we actually got the food and weren’t overcharged. I am giving 4 stars because Cheesecake Factory is really sized down on their portions while increasing prices. I was still very hungry after my meal as the meat portion wasn’t filling. Others at my table didn’t love their food, but I thought my food tasted good. My family of 5 paid close to $200 for 2 kids meals, 4 cheesecakes, 3 adult meals, and 1 drink. This wasn’t a cheap night out. We don’t frequent this restaurant often due to the cost. I’d recommend this place if your looking for a night out with yummy dessert."
