"every time we have come here, it’s “members only”. the staff rudely told us countless times to check on facebook for updates to see if it’s a members only day and every time there hasn’t been anything about it. yet when we come here, it’s not open to the public. i’m not paying 100’s of dollars for a membership to go to a pool for one day. it’s been multiple occasions that this has happened and not once have we been able to get in. it’s not busy whatsoever so i’m not understanding why it’s a member only day. this is a great way to lose business. severely disappointed."
